Karl only insures your bicycle or e-bike against theft if you use a bicycle lock of category Abus 6 or higher (or an equivalent product from another brand). We may ask you to show us a receipt for the purchase of such a lock. You can get a lock of this or an equivalent category from all dealers that Karl works with. If your bicycle or e-bike is stolen without you having used such a lock, there is no coverage.
