If your bike is lost or damaged, we'll make sure you're back in the saddle quickly. So, you'll either get a new bicycle or e-bike, or you can have it repaired, and we'll handle everything directly with our Karl partner. You'll receive a new or repaired bicycle or e-bike, and Karl will pay the bill to the dealer.

In the event of a total loss, you have 100% of the insurance value in the policy as credit available in the first year after conclusion, 80% of the insurance value in the policy in the second year after conclusion, and from the third year after conclusion, 70% of the insurance value in the policy.

However, this only applies to the total loss case. If, for example, you damage your fork in a fall in the third year after conclusion and it needs to be replaced, you will receive the full value. The same applies to all partial damages. Up to the maximum sum (depending on the year of the damage, therefore 100%/80%/70% of the insurance value in the policy), all damages are completely covered by Karl.
