How can I be sure that I will be satisfied with the result of the repair or replacement?
In the event of a claim, Karl will replace an item for you that corresponds in type and condition to the undamaged insured item ("natural replacement") or the cost of repair. We will ensure that the repaired or replaced item comes as close as possible to the undamaged condition in terms of state and quality. You will have the opportunity to inspect the repair or replacement item and approve it before we close the claim.
