Therefore, you must generally make the bicycle or E-bike available to us. We will handle this with you in case of an incident, without wanting to make the situation worse for you. Legally, we just have to point this out to you 😊 If your bicycle or E-bike has been stolen, this obligation naturally does not apply. However, if your stolen bicycle or E-bike reappears, we ask you to inform us. It then belongs to the insurance company.
