What obligations do I have in the event of a claim?
You must truthfully inform us about the cause and amount of a damage and provide us with documents related to the damage case, if we ask you to do so.
To help you as quickly as possible, please use the damage form after you have logged in to report the damage to us ("Log in" ). To process a theft claim for you, we need a police theft report and the report to us within 72 hours. If your bicycle or e-bike is stolen abroad, it can be difficult to get a police report. Therefore, if this is not possible or does not seem sensible, it is sufficient to report it to us by email and then possibly follow up with the theft report once you are back home. If you claim costs for the return/continuation journey, you must prove the incurred costs to us by means of an invoice or other receipts so that we can reimburse you.
