Karl only insures your bicycle or E-Bike against theft if you use a bike lock of category Abus 6 or higher (or an equivalent product from another brand). We may ask to see a receipt for the purchase of such a lock. You can get a lock of this or an equivalent category from any dealer Karl works with. If your bicycle or E-Bike is stolen without using such a lock, there is no coverage.
