In case of theft or vandalism: File a police report. If the report takes longer, report the damage to us anyway.
Report your claim online in your Karl account. It only takes a few minutes — and missing documents can always be submitted later.
We review your report. With photos and documents it's even faster — usually within one day.
We'll inform you by email or phone about the result.
Go to a bike dealer: get a repair or pick a new bike. In case of total loss, you'll get an equivalent model.
If the dealer is a Karl partner, we pay them directly. Otherwise, we'll transfer the amount to you.

You get an equivalent bike of the same type.
