Yes. As long as the bike is in good condition.
What kind of lock do I need for my bike?
Your bike must be locked with a suitable lock and attached to a fixed, immovable object. The lock's minimum purchase price depends on the bike's value: €29 (up to €500), €45 (up to €2,500), or €69 (above €2,500). Simple cable or spiral locks don't qualify — even if they meet these prices.
